I have low libido and constant yeast and bladder infection
Brief Answer:
Follow as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Decreased libido is not very uncommon and it may be because of various reasons, hormonal changes and anxiety-stress being the most common factors.
Can you answer me the following questions-
Since when are you having this decreased libido?
Are you in stress?
In general, you should relax and calm your mind, take a healthy diet, do regular brisk exercises.
Also, I would ask you to do pelvic floor exercises.
These two simple measures should be helpful.
For yeast and bladder infection, it is advisable to maintain genital cleanliness, take plenty of water orally.
Also, antibiotics like levofloxacin etc and antifungals orally would be needed for which you need to see a doctor and get the drugs prescribed.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
