Brief Answer:
Full thyroid function test report is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and am sorry for the situation you are in.

From what you are reporting, your last TSH level was 4.630 while the most recent one is 0.553. I need to know your T4 too before running into final conclusions.

For the moment, to my opinion there is no need to increase the dosage.

With regards to being fatigued, I advise to :
- have your meals regularly
- eat healthy
- increase fluids intake
- try to be physically active

Hope it helped!
