Brief Answer:
Suggestive of scoliosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen the attached image. There is scoliosis to one side at lumbar spine. This can be a congenital problem or related to improper posture. You can use a brace to decrease the scoliosis if it is painful.
Hope my answer is helpful.

There is no pain at all, however I am more concerned if this is the mild less than 20 degrees or not ?

Should I be worried about it ? Is mild scoliosis (if mild ) in my age usually progressive .. I am very worried after all the things I read on the Internet ...

Should I stop yoga and exercise ? I am worried that this will be progressive type or not

Brief Answer:
Seems to be mild only.

Detailed Answer:
The scoliosis seems to be less than 20degrees. Only a follow up X-ray after 6 months can detect if it is a progressive one or not. Doing yoga and other exercises to build up paraspinal muscle strength will be helpful.
There is nothing to worry. It can be taken care with exercise and brace.
Regards.
