Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
Your findings may suggests few minor deviations and generally it is not concerning.
1.Conjugated direct bilirubin is marginally increased and it is acceptable as total and indirect bilirubin level are normal.
2.Serum globulin level is mildly decreased and it is also not serious as albumin level and albumin/globulin ration are normal.
It may be due to mildly decreased immunity status.
3.VLDL is mildly raised and it can be managed by avoiding saturated fat.Other lipids cholesterol etc are normal.
4.MCH and MCHC shows minor deviations,it may be due to dehydration etc.
Marginally high PCV/hematocrit may also be related to mild dehydration.
5.Mildly raised monocyte count and large unstained cell may be due to recent infection. It is generally not concerning.
6.Low PCT is acceptable as other factors related to platelet are normal.
Rest of the findings are normal.
In short, deviations are minor and generally it is acceptable.
Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
Take Care
