I am having little to server burning cramps in my liver area. I feel those pain below my rib cage in the middle, lower right abdomen, lower center abdomen. Please help. What treatments or tests do I need to do confirm what stuff I have. I am just a little obese..175 pounds, 6'2. Age 21. I had hepatitis a five years ago. I did google online and buy ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg and took half of it. I think I might have fatty liver disease or hepatis a,b or some auto immune hepatitis disease..or something.
Main help--> I will be visiting a big hospital after your replies. Let me know all the test names to be conducted to my condition can be diagnosed. Please tell me in detail the name of tests that I need to convey to the hospital to perform.
Please help..thanks.

Brief Answer:
Hello. You require investigations
Detailed Answer:
hello dear. I have gone through your reports. They suggest mildly increased indirect bilirubin and mildly increased AST and ALT. Cause need to be evaluated.
However, i would also like to know what type of hepatits did you suffer previously?
Viral or autoimmune?
I would suggest following tests
Ultrasonography of the abdomen
HbsAg for hepatitis B
Anti HCV for hepatits C
Repeat Liver function tests
Serum Anti nuclear antibody
Serum LDH
Blood Peripheral smear
Please revert back after these tests
Feel free to ask further
Thanks

Ok I am done with some of the test.
Ultrasound->
Liver- 13 cm
Fatty liver (there is a XXXXXXX number 2 after fatty liver. I have no idea what it means)
Fatty changes in pancreas.
Spleen-6 cm
Kidneys -no
Bl& prost -no
No elo dilated
Bowel loops seen
No elo FF abd.
The doctors handwriting was bad, but the above mentioned stuff were written.
No hepatitis B OR C in blood tests.
They didn't do serum anti nuclear anti body thing and the blood smear test. I have no idea what they mean. I will get them done at apollo hosptials next month. What should I do now?
My right abdomen burning pain has subsided after taking prantopazole. Today I took only 1 in whole day and no burning yet. Doctors gave me hepatomarin tablets and udiliv and asked me to do light exercise, no fats, or junk food.
Main question-> What do I do about bowel loops. I do pass stools fine most of the time, but for the last few days its been little uncomfortable. Today was better because ate well yesterday. Do I need to get laxatives?
Thank you.
