What Do These Blood Reports Indicate?
Liver affected and high plasma lipids
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HealthcareMagic.
The GGT. AST, ALT levels are high and suggest liver damage to some extent. You need to avoid any medicines or alcohol etc that can damage the liver. I would also suggest Syrup Liv52 1 tbsp twice a day for atleast 1 month. Since infections may also be a cause, please take hygienic food and cleaner drinking water. Get the test done again after 1 month.
Glucose levels are normal as fasting glucose is normal. HbA1C is a better marker. The post-prandial glucose levels are raised and may be due to sugary meal before the test.
Your lipid profile is abnormal. It is recommended that one should first try low fat diet and daily exercise for atleast 3 months. Recheck the lipid profile in 3 months. You need to avoid foods like cheese, butter, ghee, sweets, chocolate etc. Exercise atleast 5 days a week for atleast 30 min a day. Exercise can include gym, walk, yoga, swimming, cycling, etc.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Would you please suggest , If I need to check for Hepatitis (A-B-C)?
Yes these can be checked
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Usually hepatitis is associated with elevated bilirubin levels (jaundice), but a chronic case may not have the jaundice. If you have no other risk factors like medicine intake, alcohol, etc then it is worthwhile to proceed for the hepatitis screen. Treatment is available for them. Drinking cleaner water and washing your hands before food are two big precautions to be taken.
