Brief Answer:
severe Vitamin D deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXXX,

Here is the explanation of your wife's blood test report.

DIABETES SCREEN is normal. Her hemogram is normal as well, meaning to say her hemoglobin, WBC, RBC and platelet count are normal. Iron status is normal too. Her kidney functions are normal, so is her calcium and uric acid levels. Her triglycerides is high at 263. Her liver function is normal. Her testosterone is normal. So is thyroid function, let she continue the current medication.

Your wife has severe Vitamin D deficiency. Please see an Endocrinologist and get this corrected at the earliest. Her vitamin B12 is normal.

I would suggest her to limit fatty food intake in view of high triglycerides levels.

Regards,
