You need to take Medication.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

Well your Cholesterol , Triglycerides LDL all are high. Also considering your age my recommendation is to start the medicine ( Rosuvastatin ) as advised by your doctor.

Apart from medicine you need to do exercise and follow low cholesterol diet.

Exercise : Do daily aerobic exercise like Brisk walking, Jogging or cycling for at least 15-20 minutes per day. Gradually ( every 2-3 weeks ) increase your intensity and duration of exercise.

Diet : Reduce intake of Sweets, Carbonated beverages, Non veg food especially Mutton, Beef and Egg Yolk, Avoid cheese and butter. Eat more of fruits , vegetables and drink plenty of water.

Repeat your Cholesterol test ( Lipid Profile ) after 3 months and review.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.
