What Do These Deranged Liver Enzyme Levels Indicate?

Question: I am 30 year old regular alcohol drinker(10 to 15 units a day , 5 days a week. My last LFT showed...alt 195, ast110 ,ggt 333....how should i manage this apart from stopping alcohol.

Liver enzyme derangement can be managed with withdrawal of toxic agent. If you can stop your alcohol nothing is required as it will return to normal. Else what you do will not help.

Other than that you can use LIv 52 which is Ayurveda medication for liver problem.
For faster recovery take healthy diet high in fibers and low in fats.
