Question: I just got some more test back from my fertility doctor. I just want to prep myself to see if i'm ok.
This test below was taken on the 3rd day of my period:
17-OH Progesterone (ng/dL) <40 ng/dL
DHEAS (ug/dL) 167 mcg/dL

This was done day 9 of my cycle.
Hysterosalpingogram.

uterine cavity.
Both of the fallopian tubes filled with contrast.
There is bilateral free spill of contrast material into the peritoneum.

Brief Answer:
AMH is slightly high. Others are normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for writing to us.
1) Level of Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) is slightly HIGHER than normal range. All other test reports are quite NORMAL. Poly Cystic Ovary should be ruled out.
2) Both tubes are patent as there is bilateral spillage of contrast in peritoneum. Normal test report.
Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.

Thank you, what would be a reason for the AMH to be high? Would that effect fertility?
Brief Answer:
PCOD may cause high AMH. Do ultrasound scan.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up query.
AMH is secreted from small antral follicles (5-8 mm size) of the ovary. Presence of Poly Cystic Ovary can increase the number of this follicles, leads to high AMH.
High level of AMH may interfere with ovulation, leads to problem in conceiving. I suggest you to undergo one pelvic ultrasound scan to rule out PCOD. Review with test report.
Hope, it helps for your information. Good luck and take care.
