Question: I have had platelets ranging from 380 to 438 then going back down to 375 back up to 438. Should this be a concern?

No, i meant high... i am considered by the lab to have high platelets. What is considered high

500,000? Mine is 438. So its still considered normal limit? Also what would be the number if high that you would need blood thinning medication to prevent clots?
