What Do These Following LFT And KFT Reports Indicate?
Question: I am 42 Years old suffering from High Cholesterol and High Blood Pressure, using Telma 40 to control High BP and started 2 days back Rosuvas F for Cholesterol.
I also drink alcohol regularly. My latest LFT & KFT shows following abnormalities:
AST: 67 u/l
ALT: 99 u/l
GGTP: 157 u/l
ALP: 148 u/l
Phosphorus: 1.90 mg/dL
Chloride: 100 mEq/L
Please suggest me what should I do

For bp control along with medicines it's also advisable that you should adopt healthy lifestyle habits also to help medicine work better to keep good Bp control.
These include daily morning walks, no smoking at all, reduced dietary salt intake, avoiding fried food, eating fresh vegetables and fruits daily.
