Pain related to lower left quadrant can be due to a number of causes including urinary tract stone or infection, diverticulitis , muscle sprain, constipation/gas entrapment. An ultrasound of the abdomen pelvis and urinalysis can be done to look for an obvious cause which would be managed accordingly.
