You are having Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiency.
You need to take Tab calcimax D once daily for 3 months and recheck Vitamin D levels after 3 months along with sun exposure after 4pm is mandatory.
You also need to take B12 pill once daily for 2 months and recheck B12 levels.
Take lot of fruits, vegetables,Egg and lentils.
Get back if any query.

One clarification on sun exposure, should skin beexposed to the sun or is it ok to sit under sun fully clothed

You can take any like Nature made B-12 pill once daily.
You can sit under sun after 4pm for half an hour.
Instead of egg you can take milk,yogurt, dry fruits like pisa,badam etc.
