What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?
Question: Hi. I am trying to conceive. And I am on medication right now- Fertisure M, folic acid and Oosure M. Also I had Goodova tablets for 5 days starting from 2nd day of periods. My cycles are quite long. In last cycle, without medications ovulation occured on Day 26th. I am undergoing TVS follicular study again in this cycle. PFA the report and suggest if anything needs to be done from my end.

I have seen the attached reports and happy to see the endometrial thickness which is good for day 7 of the cycle but the follicular growth is a little protracted as compared to the thickness of endometrium.
But since its just day 7 so you still have time for proper growth of the follicle to at least 20 mm.
But in general you are taking right set of medicines and just keep taking g them as advised.
In addition in case you are overweight then try weight reduction and get your thyroid hormone and prolactin levels tested.
Take a lot of water and antioxidants like green tea and fresh fruits and salads daily as these help in improving ova quality a lot.

Mam.. This report is of 11th Day,i.e today. The first scan was done on 7th day.
Also, I want to ask when do you think I should go for next scan(which should not be missed), actually I am going out of Station and will be back by Tuesday.
And when do u advise to keep relation so as to not miss the window?

Yes this scan is corresponding with day 11 and now making sense to me as ET of more than 9 at day 7 with immature follicles was not coherent.
You need to keep relation with your husband on a day after tomorrow that is on Saturday and on Monday.
No relation on Friday and sunday and then follicular study ultrasound on Tuesday on coming back to confirm ovulation.
