Brief Answer:
Bladder mass needs further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i must advise you, the reports show a bladder mass.
Both kidneys are normal.
The prostate is correlating with your age and not a cause for worry.
The bladder mass or tumor, needs evaluation, to decide further treatment.
Mainly one needs to know, if the tumor is cancerous or not.
Urine and blood reports, show blood in urine, which's coming from mass in bladder.
Other tests to be done are as follows:
1. urine culture.
2.blood BT,CT,PT,platelets,sugar,PSA and LFT.
3.chest X-ray,and ECG.
4.Cystoscopy with a biopsy of the tumor.
The biopsy will give a clear picture, of the type of tumor.
Transitional cell carcinomas are the commonest type of bladder tumor.
According to report, a TURBT operation is then planned.
TURBT is transurethral resection of bladder tumor.
Only if you're symptomatic of prostate gland enlargement,do you need to take a tablet of Tamsulosin for that.
Grade 1 BHP may not need any treatment.
Hope your doubts are cleared.
Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
Endoscopic treatment(surgery) is only option.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
A bladder mass has to be biopsied, to know what kind of mass it is.
After that removing it from the bladder, with an endoscopic surgery is best.
This is a routine treatment and you needn't get tense about it.
There's no medical treatment for bladder tumors.
I really have no idea about hospitals in your area, but you can find out from friends.
The Urologist should be experienced.
You're welcome to keep in touch with me, regarding further treatment also.
Wish you good health.
