The prostate is correlating with your age and not a cause for worry.
The bladder mass or tumor, needs evaluation, to decide further treatment.
Mainly one needs to know, if the tumor is cancerous or not.
Urine and blood reports, show blood in urine, which's coming from mass in bladder.
Other tests to be done are as follows:
1. urine culture.
2.blood BT,CT,PT,platelets,sugar,PSA and LFT.

4.Cystoscopy with a biopsy of the tumor.
The biopsy will give a clear picture, of the type of tumor.

Endoscopic treatment(surgery) is only option.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
A bladder mass has to be biopsied, to know what kind of mass it is.
After that removing it from the bladder, with an endoscopic surgery is best.
This is a routine treatment and you needn't get tense about it.
There's no medical treatment for bladder tumors.
I really have no idea about hospitals in your area, but you can find out from friends.
The Urologist should be experienced.
You're welcome to keep in touch with me, regarding further treatment also.
Wish you good health.
