Brief Answer:
investigation HBA1C for diabetes ,consider medication for lipidstemporarily

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
As I start I would presume that the tests were done as part of routine check up , and you don't have Diabetes, Hypertension or any heart issues .
Some of my observation for the tests results are

1) The sugars are not in the range of diabetes , however I would suggest that you get a furthur test done called HbA1c, which is an 3 months average because the results are borderline and if there any evidence Of impaired glucose tolerance ( which is called pre diabetes ) we can start lifestyle medication.
2) The lipid profile is deranged and the triglycerides and cholesterol is really high .
On this front I would strongly suggest that you start with lifestyle changes like decreasing all form of oils from food , avoid preserved food , more fresh vegetables and oils in diet and 30 mins of aerobic exercise daily.
Also on a personal recommendation I would suggest you start with a small dose of medication , rosuvastatin 10 mg , ( Rozavel / Rosuvas ) and repeat the lipid profile after 3 months .
3) The creatinine report depends on the normal range of the lab ,in some labs it's till 1.5 as normal , otherwise in standard ones more than 1.2 is considered as high . The reason for same I can't forsee and you are young and no risk factors for the same . I'm urine examination just look out if there is any protein loss in the urine
4) The CBC is pretty much ok , lymphocytes in this range in not a problem, platelets ,there seems to a be a typing error .
Rule out any acute infection if there any re any symptoms.
If you drink , moderation in the same is recommended.
For heart no Treadmill stress test in suggested during next follow up.
Let me know if any clarification needed.
Do rate for others reference.
