Posted on Thu, 7 Jul 2016
Question: Sir, currently facing burning sensation..following testing has been done with consultation with Dr. Reports attached for your kind review.
As per his advice first dose of Silofast 8 D along with Librax administered on 3rd Jun, next day (4th Jun) around severe burning sensation occurred with urgency like toilet (motion).
So with ref to my earlier treatments took K-Mac solution along with Moxif 400…relieve to some extent. Not fully relaxed, thing again exaggerated on 5th Jun evening consult General Physician and he has recommended Stool test along with Urine culutre with medication of Urispas & Protrate mb6 along with earlier Silofast 8 D…some relief is there not completely, yesterday night same problem faced.
Sir lots of time burning sensation is occurring also with similar case last time there was nothing in Urine culture report. Also sir consult with Gastro, advised for endoscopy and colonoscopy.

Sir, some doubts need your clarification is there any issue with Silofast 8 D..
Due to urine or prostate problem any pain in anus area has any resemblance.

Sir, also if required kindly recommend some minimal antibiotics to address any stool infection not sure but I am having some doubt..

Sir there is also continuous mild pain in penis area and feeling some discomfort in GI area, required your advice for way forward.

Brief Answer:
Your Symptoms are mostly due to infection of Prostate (Prostatitis).

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts and reports that you have posted it appears that you have infection of prostate (Prostatitis)

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Have you ever consulted Urologist and got your Digital Rectal Examination done ?
2) Do you have paiful Ejaculation ?

Burning urination ,pain in perineal area and painful ejaculation are strongly suggestive of infection of Prostate (Prostatitis)

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scanning (TRUS)
5)Swab test and culture of Urethral discharge collected after prostatic massage.

In the mean while start taking antibiotics like combination of Trimethoprim and Sulphamethoxazole twice daily .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

First to answer your queries:
1) Have you ever consulted Urologist and got your Digital Rectal Examination done ? – Yes sir (consulted two diff Dr) & digital rectal done found to be normal
2) Do you have painful Ejaculation ? – Most of the times, currently scared as after that burning sensation will happen for a longer time.
In the mean while need your attention earlier also with same problem done all the tests urine routine & culture, serum PSA, RFT. Results are ok, except PSA other reports are attached for your kind review.
Also to inform urine routine culture done only after digital rectal exam ( directed by Dr)..
This time with ultrasound following observation: Mild Prostatomegaly with significant PVRU (report attached)

Sir, one thing need to know is there any chance of getting of any mild pain in anal area due to prostate problem most of the times..
Secondly sir, feeling like stool or any abnormality in this is due to prostate problem or need to check anything.
Lastly other medicines such as Silofast 8 D, Urispas , Protate mb6 are required or not , kindly advice.
