What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

I am XXXX, 32 years old and mother of 2 two kids from XXXXXXX XXXXXXX The second kid was born on 18th April'16 and I had undergone family planning operation on 29th April'16.Doctor informed me there shouldn't be any activity of intercourse for 3 months from the date of operation. We did follow the instructions and got my first M-cycle on 24th Nov'16. And, I had physical contact with my husband on 10 Dec'16 which is almost 7 to 8 months after family operation. This has lead me in getting the periods delayed.I didn't get it yet which I was expecting on 24th Dec'16. Now,its worrying me a lot for the last two days and was checking all comments and answers on your portal for similar scenarios.
My medical report comments says, "PS DONE" -Short IVA PS done the naval way by MPT. Complete hemostars obtained.Abdomen closed in layers.(Not sure of what it means)
Will there be a chances of pregnancy even after family operation?I am completely worried. Its leading to lot of arguments between me and my husband.
Please share your advise

Tett(s) for detection of prenancy
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
In fact, the instruction of 3 months abstinence is more valid after vasectomy surgery of the husband.
After reading your detailed history, I feel, your menses are delayed due to stress of pregnancy. Even breast feeding also may delay the menses. At this stage, the prime step is to find out the status of your pregnancy. This will take off your stress. You have following options:
1. Perform pregnancy test on overnight morning first urine sample about a week after the missed period; earlier the test may report false negative results.
2. Alternatively, you may opt for Beta hCG test on your blood 10 days after the unprotected intercourse. Values more than 25 mIU/ml are diagnostic of pregnancy while in non-pregnant state, the levels remain under 5 mIU/ml.
Please upload your results for my review when I can advise you further.
If the test(s) indicate that you are not pregnant, you may take some Progestational product like Deviry for 5 days (with the advice of your Gynaecologist only). Within 4-7 days after that you will get menses.
For any more information, you may contact me anytime, XXXX.

Explanations for you
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
I shall try to resolve your queries one by one:
a) Yes, three months abstinence is advised after male vasectomy for the passing of the sperms present distal to the site of vasectomy. After female tubectomy, no such precaution is needed.
b) Every doctor uses his own short forms. Best option is to get the full forms of the acronyms that he/she has used. Usually for tubal ligation, TL is the acronym used.
c) Once you have undergone tubectomy surgery, you can enjoy freely unprotected sexual relations with minimal risk of pregnancy (for practical purposes, no risk).
If you want any more information or advice, I am always available for you, XXXX. You consider posting a good review with 5 stars rating for me.
