Brief Answer:
follow the advises.. maintain a healthy lifestyle..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome back to HCM,
I've gone through your query in details and understand your concern for your father..

Yes, I've reviewed all the attached reports,

Majority of them are within normal limits only, however there's a borderline elevation of the Triglyceride and the LDL (bad cholesterol) along with borderline decrease in the eGFR, sr. Iron , along with Vit D3 insufficiency as well as high TSH level, which needs proper supplementation and few more work-ups..the hs-CRP and APO-B/APO-A1 ratio, monocytes, basophils are just fractionally deranged which can be present due to even machine calibration and different reagents, so nothing to worry for that..

As a part of further work-up, do get anti-TPO antibodies (it's for the thyroid gland evaluation) and please consult an Endocrinologist thereafter as he may need to start Thyroxin supplementation based on it's report (if Hyothyroidism is detected)..I haven't found any urine analysis here, do get Urine Routine microscopy as a part of kidney function analysis.. I've seen the fellow Cardiologist's instructions in this regard too, you should follow them along with..

At present scenario, lifestyle modification will be of great help for him..

Outdoor activities like daily jogging, walking, exercises in daytime.. along with this few minutes of daily sunlight exposure of the exposed-body part(15-20 min in the morning ~ 8-10 am), as it'll help in natural synthesis of Vitamin-D in the body..

Start Foods i.e. Milk (fortified, available in all big supermarkets and dept. stores) and milk products like yogurt, buttermilk, cheese etc., hard boiled eggs, lean meat like chicken, fish(mainly sea fish eg. sardine, tuna, herring, cod etc.), ground nuts, mushrooms, sesame seeds, almonds etc. along with avoidance of red meats.. will be beneficial.. also try to replace your regular wheat/flour containing foods to whole grain/whole wheat products.. I've mentioned the overall food components here, you can modify this as per his choice and portion, it's better to prepare a round the clock Diet chart by a Dietitian (you can request for the same in this health portal only), do mention his current body weight, height, food preferences etc. to the dietitian while requesting for this..

Avoid junk foods, processed foods(burger, pizza etc.) and packaged fruit juices, try to eat fresh seasonal fruits instead..Drink plenty of water(2-3 ltr per day), staying well hydrated is extremely important too as it'll not only help increasing the body's metabolism but also helps to flush the toxins out..

Please stop smoking and/ alcohol too, if he does..

It's a gradual process, so please follow these above mentioned advises to yield the maximum benefits..Sunlight exposure alone is not sufficient to compensate this, so the combination of all those approaches should be initiated at the earliest..

Let me know if anything's not clear..

Take Care
Kind Regards
