Brief Answer:
Hello dear. She requiresfurther evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So it seems to be case of plasma cell dyscrasia. Plasma cell dyscrasia can be either initial stage which we call as monoclonal gammopathy or advanced stage which we call as multiple myeloma.
From the test reports it is still unclear whether she has monoclonal gammopathy or multiple myeloma. Because the management of each stage is different, we need to correctly diagnose the condition. The more likelihood is of monoclonal gammopathy at this age.
Plasma cell dyscrasia are a type of blood cancer but is controllable.
She requires further following tests
Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy
Serum free light chain assay
PET CT
Serum calcium, kidney function tests.
B-2 microglobulin
I would also like to know whether she had any history of repeated chest infections. Discuss these thests with your cancer physician.
Please revert back with theses reports
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello. She is not going to die soon. She will live longer

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Please do onot worry. If is only monoclonal gammopahty, then no treatment is required. If it is myeloma , even then with treatment she will live longer, say around 5 to 8 years. So no need to worry.
Thanks and regards
