Brief Answer:
You have UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query and uploading your reports .Based on he reports that yo have uploaded My comments are as detailed below
1) Your routine urine analysis has revealed presence of 10-15 pus cells and 1-2 Epithelial cells suggesting UTI .You need to do urine culture and take antibiotic as per sensitivity report to eradicate infection .

2) ESR is Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate which has no diagnostic value but it is always raised whenever there is any infection of any organ or system in the body ESR done after taking treatment for adequate period is repeated and ESR value is compared with the original value .If the same is lower than previous one it indicates that the infection is being controlled and prognosis is good .So it has prognostic importance than Diagnostic one .

3) MCHC denotes Hemoglobin Concentration in Red Blood Cells in blood .As regards MCHC level being raised very marginally by 0.04 It has no significance at all being equal to normal physiological value .It is always Low MCHC that needs to be treated .

If you are very curious about MCHC and want to know more details about MCHC consult qualified Hematologist for detailed comments .He would be proper specialist to respond to your doubts .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
