Brief Answer:
HCC, Cirrhosis with kidney problems together is complicated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and read the reports.
The reports are suggestive of HCC means hepatocellular cancer of liver along with cirrhosis both of which may be due to hepatitis C.
Also noted is raised Urea and creatinine indicative of renal disease.
Hence the outcome looks not so favorable as per the reports.
Please consult The Hepatologist, Nephrologist and Oncologist for a proper combined treatment possible.
Please give details about the present complaints and clinical presentation.

Hi Dr T Chandrakant

Thank you very much for your reply. I hope that you have seen the CT scans attached in the same downloadable link. Please let us know if a liver transplant is required or any other suggested surgeries, and for the kidney, what is the best thing to do next?

I have realized from your reply that we don't have much time, so please let me know how much time we may have and of any more information required from my side in order to suggest whats best to be done next.

Hope to hear from you soon

Thank you very much indeed

Meanwhile, may you please advise about what the CT scan tells you personally beside the reports, do you have any specific opinion about it, and what does it shows clearly.

Brief Answer:
Awaited

Detailed Answer:
Will be awaiting for the information.
The two lesions in the liver may further be investigated by ultrasonography guided FNAC that is fine needle aspiration cytology to ascertain the cause.
Rest of the things have already been mentioned above - Liver cirrhosis along with the ill defined lesions.

Note: For further inquiries on surgery procedure and its risks or complications book an appointment now
