What Do These Following Routine Blood And LFT Reports Indicate?

I have gone through some routine blood tests few days back and have attached the reports with this mail. Please review my report and advise me. I am worried as my CBC and LFT report does not look ok to me.
I am presently under following medication.
1. Alfoo 10 mg extended release. I have been advised this medicine by my urologist as I suffer from overactive bladder. I take this medicine everyday at night after dinner.
2. Amway nutrilite daily multi vitamin and multi mineral tablet once a day with breakfast.
3. Amway nutrilite omega 3 capsules twice a day morning and evening after food.
4. Amway nutrilite soy and pea protein powder 10 grams twice a day with 250 ml milk.
I am a very fitness oriented person and go to gym thrice a week for one hour and also do yoga for one hour 3 days a week.
My queries are as follows.
1. What is the reason behind my low platelets counts and increased RBC and lymphocytes?. Is it because of the nutritional supplements I am taking or it indicates something serious. I have not had fever or have fallen sick for the last 4 years.
2. My liver function test shows isolated elevated level of AST? Does it indicate any liver disease. I have also read that this asymptomatic elevated AST can be due to inflammation caused by vigorous exercise. I do lift heavy weights. Is it true or do I need to undergo further tests to rule out any liver disease.
Please advise me as I am very worried after seeing my report.
Warm regards

Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern and seen your reports.
I am going to reply you point by point.
1st.....you definitely have little lower levels of platelets but they are normal. Routinely we find such lower values in healthy individuals. I won't worry for that unless your values keep getting lower in successive investigations.
2nd..high levels of SGPT are again routinely found in people. In your case it appears to be due to strenuous exercise schedule and/or various supplements. Healthy athletes and fitness enthusiasts are routinely found to have higher SGPT levels which can be even 2to 3 times more than upper limit. However it can be due to other reasons also. Since you are a very fit individual without any single problem or symptoms,I think it to be normal.
Now what to do.....
Stop taking supplements as rightly advised by your doctor and get the test repeated again after a gap of 4-6 weeks.
Stop your exercises one week before going for test.
During this period, drink plenty of water, avoid fast foods, take more of green vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts. Avoid alcohol.
If your repeat test still shows the same or still higher level, then you would need to be investigated thoroughly, specially by a gastroenterologist.
At the moment I feel you are a fit individual and would remain so.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
