What Do These Health Check Up Reports Indicate?
Question: I have done my annual health check up. I have attached the report. Kindly review and let me know what are area of concern and how I will have to taken care of the same.

I saw the pic.Your reports are absolutely fine,except TSH which is a bit on higher.
Just get a full thyroid profile in another lab.
I suspect your thyroid profile should be fine,But just get it done in another lab.
Normally-TSH 0.3-5.5 is normal....Here lab standards may vary...

My Mean Plat late volume is high 13.8, What does it impact on my body clarify ? Sodium is low 135, Chloride is high Low, 25 Hydroxyvitamin D is 20.85 is low. How does it improve and what would be impact on my body. Please explain.

1.If mean platelets are high then its good and it helps in clotting of blood whenever there is any injury.
2.Sodium is 135 and chloride is 97....it can be ignored,every individual will not have exact values and you dont need to worry as i said value changes will there from lab to lab
3.your Vtamin D is just sufficientand there is no deficiency,but your calcium is normal.Take proper diet like milk products,lentils,green leaves. If you are worried then just take ca supplements like calcidol or calcimax d for 1 month.
