Brief Answer:
Your report may indicate almost normal findings.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
Sorry for replying late,

Routine hemogram report is almost normal. WBC count is slightly low,it is acceptable.
Hemoglobin %,RBC,platelet count and other parameters are normal.

Widal(test for typhoid fever)report is negative which is a normal finding.

Urine analysis report is also normal.
Up to 5 pus cells are normally seen in urine.
Few epithelial cells are normally seen in urine.

In short, report may indicate normal findings.
However,findings need clinical correlation.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
