What Do These Images Of Scalp While On Treatment For Hair Loss Indicate?

Question: To Dr. Ratnesh Pandey

Sharing the progress after 2 months. Pics have been emails already. I completed this couse:
Acid Flour 200 - Alternate Days XXXXXXX Sulph 200 - 4 Pills twice a day
Phosphorus 30 - 4 Pills twice a day
Wiesbaden 200 - 6 Pills twice a day
Selenium 1000 - 3 Pills on twice on Sunday/ Tuesday/ Thursday/ Saturday
R89 Lipocol - 3 times a day - 15 Drops in a cup of water
Jaborandi Q - Apply gently before bath everyday then wash it and the same exercise before sleep

I did not take Minoxidil 5% hair oil. I couldn't see any noticeable change Looks the same. except some hair growth in the front. Let me know in case you need more pictures to evaluate the exact thing.

After comparing your current picture with older one specially at the vertex small change is noticed. Suggest you to compare and verify the change.
Change in front is good sign.
Please share regarding other concerned area like Fall of air, dandruff, thinning of hair etc.
My observation are there is no fall of hair is noticed since last medication.
You may consult to your physician regarding role of minoxidil 5% hair oil in your case.

Revised medication

Thank you responding doctor. I do see less hair fall these days, dandruff may b there, not sure as I cant see it falling . Thinning is still there especially at the middle.

I will check with dermat to take minoxidil 5% hair oil

In the revised medication is there some medication for hair growth and for reducing thinning of hair.

Phosphorus Wiesbeden and R89 are for the hair growth.
While selenium is for thinning and dandruff.
Other medicine are for treating underlying cause which induced hair related problem.
Mode of treatment - medicine are selected on two basis. first by external supplement by medication to stop hair fall. secondly by internal nourishment.
