Brief Answer:
injection herceptin advisable.

Detailed Answer:
Sorry for late response.

I have gone through all reports.

She has undergone surgery (breast removal) and started on herceptin injection.

She has breast carcinoma which has spread a quite.

In my opinion, she should take injection hercptin as her reports show it is positive for her-2nu but negative for estrogen and progesterone receptor.

Taking this injection and regular follow up with your doctor may improve the survival chances.

I wish her a good health.

Hope it helps.

Feel free to ask further.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
grade 1 tumours are not aggressive.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Dear Mr. XXXX
The chances of spread of the cancer in this case are intermediate since the breast tissue is removed.
Grade 1 tumor as per histopathological reports should not be dangerous.
But As there is lymh node involvement, I would suggest you to keep in touch with the doctor. I think follow-up every 4-6 months is must to determine the spread.

As breast tissue is removed and chemotherapy/radiotherapy has been given, this will keep check over cancer spread.
It is always difficult to comment with certainty that cancer has stopped spreading. Subsequent follow-up with doctor will be needed.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
