Brief Answer:
the alkaline phosphatase

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the only abnormal test is your alkaline phosphatase which is slightly elevated. Liver or bone problems may be suspected. Drug toxicity is also possible. More investigation is required with liver ultrasound scan and repeat testing. Testing for vitamin D might also help.

Kind Regards!

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the additional info!

Yes, the drugs may have caused this elevation but you'd better exclude other potential causes first. I would insist on doing the ultrasound scan and repeating the blood tests (SGOT, SGPT, ALP, gamma-GT, bilirubin) and add some tests like total protein, albumin vitamin D (25-hydroxy-vitamin D3) and serum protein electrophoresis. If the results are negative then you can try (with your doctor) stopping or substituting the drugs (one at a time) to find out the offending one.

Brief Answer:
the last tests are normal

Detailed Answer:
I've seen the last tests and they are normal. It could have been a transient elevation caused by any of the aforementioned reasons or infectious in etiology. If it's normal now, it doesn't matter that much, provided that you are symptom free too.

Kind Regards!
