I went through your report with diligence and I did not find any test results alarmingly and medically significant. You have marginal creatinine disturbance which could be due to biasis. I am sure repeat test if done will reveal normal values. It also revealed borderline elevation in lipid parameters. It can be easily controlled by some diet modification and weight management.
