What Do These Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: I have recently taken Preventive health check.
Attached reports.
My post meal sugar level is less than fasting sugar level.
is there any reason for that.

I had taken 4 idly's and given sample after 2 hours.
I observed same was the case last year too.

Is there any specific cause for these.
