Question: Hello Sir,
Wanted to take advice from you on the below:
I have anxiety related issues due to work related severe stress.
Also having palpitations on account of this.Had a full echo, ecg and treadmill test to rule out any problems and result was normal.
Hence was advised Betacap 40 mg and Restyl 0.25 each once a day.I have been taking these medications for close to 1.5 years now.

However during siddha camp in our office for stress, they reviewed my medications and have advised me to take the below Siddha medications.

1.Aswagandha 300mg - 2 tablets night

2.Manomitram - one in morning and one in night

3.Rilanx- for 10 days - 2 tablets in night.

They have asked to continue my allopathy medications except restyl.

Hence need to consult if these are appropriate and these would not create any drug interactions.

Thanks,
XXXX
