What Do These Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: HISTORY:
Got married in dec.2015
Before marriage had normal periods for 5 days.no discharge and pain.
Started planning for baby in feb. 2016,periods got delayed for 25 days in feb.2017 then had to visit doctor .doctor advised urine test for pregnancy.reports came negative then doc. Prescribed some medicine after that I had heavy periods with clots and I felt some big piece flushed out .in feb. us report I had cyst of 2 cm.now in sept us report it has increased to 7cm.
After this episode In march-april periods did not come,I did not do anything.then I have heavy periods with clotting on may 19 that lasted for 8 days.
Then In XXXXXXX –july periods did not come.then I went to doctor,prescribed some tests like follicular study thrice and some medicines.doc. told me egg size is smaller when it is big then only I can conceive.
In august I had heavy periods with clotting that lasted for 8 days.
I had little pain while doing sex since marriage but in September for 3 days while having sex I had unbearable pain in lower abdomen .so on sept 11 I went for ultrasound on my own suspecting pregnancy.in the reports I have CYST of 7 cm and doc told me that I have to go for one more ultrasound after 5 days.after that us report doc. Will decide whether it needs operation/surgery or not probably yes.
SYMTOMS:
after marriage pain started in my lower abdomen,pain while intercourse too, breathlessness, stinking white discharge daily and increase in body weight.From july 2017 breast got swollen and painful. I am putting fat on tummy and neck(fatty liver ?).from july onwards I have more pain in my lower abdomen right side.

QUERIES:
1) "What are the different treatment options,like do I have to go for operation only or this can be treated with medicines?"
2)when will I conceive,how long will it take to cure cyst with medicines or operation?
3)do you suspect only cyst or more diseases?
4)what all tests do you suggest after going through history and symtoms?

Hello user.

1.{a}For the cyst of size 7cm you can go for laproscopic cystectomy.{b}If you do not want to go for surgery immediately wait for your periods.Check your cyst size again and take oral contraceptive pills after consulting gynecologist.
2.You can concieve soon after surgery with the help of follicular study and Iui.With medicines you have to wait till the cyst size decreases.
3.I suspect only cyst.But with clinical examination i will be able to give a confirmatory finding.
4.Serum tsh.Serum prolactin.Serum estradiol on day 2 of menstural cycle.Husband semen analysis.

queries-in my case what do you suggest surgery or medicine?like u know any surgery has complications?what is the success percentage in medicines and surgery.particularly in my case?should I stop baby planning till the cyst decreases or I can still try.is there any harm to pregnancy?

Hello,

I'd suggest waiting for your periods and do a sonography on day 2 of your period. If the cyst does not decrease in size go for surgery. The success rate is good in surgery approx 99 percent. Soon after surgery, you can plan for the baby.

If you are not planning for surgery, check serum estradiol on day 2 of periods. If less than 30, You can try conceiving in the same cycle.
