Brief Answer:
Fatty liver.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for query my dear.
Have seen report of USG it says you have a grade 1 fatty liver.

The observation of bright liver echo pattern on ultrasound is commonly considered a sign of hepatic steatosis. In easy words it could be suggestive of mild fat deposition in liver termed as fatty liver. Most likely youare having non alcoholic fatty liver(would assume that you are non alcoholic). As age of a person increases fat began's to accumulate in various parts of body like blood vessels(atherosclerosis) or liver(fatty liver),Its very natural and a part of process called aging. However in some patients usually obese or sedantry these changes may be there in early age also. The amount of fatty acid in the liver depends on the balance between the processes of delivery and removal. As the age increases the number of transporter cells which carry fat from liver to peripheral parts(for utilization decreases);Causing increased deposition of these fatty acids in liver.
Initially would suggest you following tests to rule out the cause of fatty changes at young age-
Serology
Liver function tests
If both these tests are normal then i would suggest you to keep a check on your diet or take diet i would suggest you.
This would help to revert back the changes soon.
some food plans are-
-Whole grains are very beneficial to consume. These can be in the form of XXXXXXX whole wheat bread or cereal, brown rice, whole grain pasta, grains such as whole oats, wild rice, rye, oatmeal and corn are also beneficial and can be taken if suits your food pattern.
-Fruits and vegetables should be a significant part of any diet to help in recovering from a liver disease. They are full of essential nutrients and are easy to digest.
-Healthy proteins in the form of low-fat milk and dairy products along with lean meats, beans, eggs and soy products can also be a part of a healthy liver diet.
-Avoid red meat.
Try to switch over to veg diet.
Take anti oxidants daily.
-Silibinin, also known as silybin, is the major active constituent of silymarin, a standardized extract of the milk thistle seeds, containing a mixture of flavonolignans consisting of silibinin, isosilibinin. It should be taken two times a day.Its a very potent liver rejenuvator and is very effective in maintaining liver healthy.

Ayurvedic tablet Liv 52 should be taken once daily.

Hope i was helpful.
Keep enjoying your life dear.
Wish you a great day ahead.

Thank u for your reply sir
The thing which is making me worried is
Is it fatty liver Or Hepatic Steatosis
Or both things r one and the same

Tried searching for the answer on Google
It took me tell cirrhosis & Fibrosis
doctor
Answered by Dr. Ramesh Kumar (8 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
There is no need to worry just control you diet for 8 weeks

Detailed Answer:
When fatty liver remain uncontrolled for many years it get converted to a disease called hepatic steatosis.
So in easy language if you won't take care of fatty liver it would get more and more fat and would ultimately land up in a medical condition termed as steatosis.

No way ,no cirrhosis etc dear its just a normal fatty liver grade 1(initial stage).
Just follow what i said.Don't google too much it will just confuse you.

In case you can't stop yourself then read about fatty liver (in general) however i have explained the same thing earlier.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
proper medication with life style and food modification.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again my dear patient proper medication with diet modification is most important thing when it comes to control symptoms of gastritis.
Initially i would suggest you to start proton pump inhibitor like esomeprazole(nexium)40 mg twice daily.
Along with it take any antacid syrup like Mucaine gel 3 tsf thrice daily(preferably 10 minutes before taking food).
You will easily get them in XXXXXXX
Take them both for 10 days initially and follow up after that.

Strict no to junk food or colas.
Take a cup of cold milk once daily before going to bed.
No alcohol or smoking.
Take home cooked food.

Answered by Dr. Ramesh Kumar (12 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Take what suggested you.

Detailed Answer:
Soft drink contains hypophosphoric acid.So they cause severe gastritis as they increases the acidity of stomach.
If you can’t control then don’t forget to takeadditiinal dose of sompraz before taking colas etc.
Start taking the medicines i suggested you and tell me how you feel in 5 days.

Thanks!

Answered by Dr. Ramesh Kumar (6 hours later)
Brief Answer:
These complications are there in advanced stage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again my young friend and my dear patient,
Firstly i would suggest you to stay away from googling too much as this would unnecessarily increase your levels of anxiety.
Hernia means a small opening which allows intestinal contents to pass through it.Clinically there are three stages of hernia-
Reducible: contents slide in and out of hernia.
Incarcerated: contents get stuck in hernia and often cause constant ache
Strangulated: contents are constricted and blood supply is compromised causing tissue death and possible bowel rupture.
Yours is just small and reducible right now.
So it wont cause gangrene strangulation etc.
As of now you have two options-
A) Wait and watch-Repeat an abdominal CT every year to keep a watch over the growth of hernia.
B)Laproscopic closure of hernia-Though not required asap but yes in case you are so concerned then to be on very safe side you can get it done.

Regards!

Answered by Dr. Ramesh Kumar (8 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Sorry for a bit delayed reply,
Hernia can be because of long term constipation.Over straining and use of excessive pressure while defecating may cause some organs to herniate(as body is subjected to pressure changes daily). However if constipation is there only from 4 days i don't think it can cause hernia or vice versa.

Mesentry means intestinal contents. All contents are lined up by layer of fat.So in your case fat is herniating. They are just medical terms dear.

No its not at all serious at present and i don't feel you require operation asap.
Better way is to treat underlying cause i.e constipation. However for final decision visit a general surgeon with all your reports and he/she would suggest you whether surgery is required asap or not.Hope you can understand i can't examine you clinically.

Please feel free to follow up.
Regards.

Hello dear patient,
Have seen the attachements there is herniation in ventral wall but its very small and therefore i think your gastroenterologist assured you that its nothing.
Just treat constipation properly dear and this would heal itself very likely.
I won’t suggest you for surgery at age of 26.

Brief Answer:
Follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for appreciation my young friend.I wish the same for you.

See when you are constipated you strain a lot while passing stools. Our body is divided into two chambers separated by a membrane called diaphragm.Upper part is called thorax(chest) lower part is called abdomen(intestines and all).
When you over exert a lot while defecating the pressure of one chamber becomes higher then other causing hernia. This is just a easy explaination for you.Once constipation is relieved things would settle down(most likely).

From how long are you on acotiamide and nexium?
In what doses?
Relief in symptoms on a scale of 1-10 after taking these medicines?
What have you tried for constipation?
You have mentioned earlier that you are diagnosed with gastritis so was an endoscopy done or not?

Please reply
