What Do These Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi Doctor , my friend 30 years of age who was 7 weeks pregnant was recently diagnosed with no heart beat in child. Now doctor recommending abortion. Her height is 5 ft 4 inch & weight is 74 and already have one healthy child of 5 years. She is not under any medication or have any illness. Please advise if this abortion can be done via medication or urgery is required. Reports are enclosed.

I have gone through the attached reports,

The cardiac activity is missed. The abortion can be done by giving medicines. Then a scan is recommended after 8 days. If still any parts of conception is seen then she will have to get D and C done.
