Brief Answer:
Anaemia, vitamin-d deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for uploading your reports.

I have worked through your reports, there is my opinion about it.

- You are having mild iron deficiency anemia.
-Vitamin -D deficiency and low Ca levels.
-Your Rubella IgG test result is positive it means you are immune against Rubella either through vaccination or previous infection, your IgM test result negative so you are not having any recent infection.

Rest of the report is normal.

My advice to you is this-

-Take healthy and balanced diet which is rich in essential fatty acid.
-Take iron, calcium, folic acid and vitamin -d supplement after consulting your treating physician.
-Expose yourself during sunlight because it is a beneficial source of vitamin-D (to conceive fast you should improve your vitamin- D level because research shows that vitamin -d affect fertility in human beings)
-You can take Pan-D for ulcer to reduce acidity and bloating and you can take less spicy and fried food, consume lots of green leafy vegetables and whole grain food.
-Do some yoga and meditation
-Do some regular exercise and walking

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.

Good luck for your future development.
Regards
Dr.Richa
