What Do These Reports Regarding Liver Infection UTI Indicate?

Question: 34 Week pregnant recent reports attached which infers liver infection and urinary infection current medication prescribed is

LIVERIL FORTE
CEFCHAMP-325 Mg
Previous medications
Folgel
Orofer XT
Hermin Forte
Please suggest exact line of treatment to be followed as per current report.

Hello, after going through your reports there is no indication of liver infection per se.
Rather reports are almost normal and the slight elevation shown is a part and parcel of pregnancy.
In my opinion get following tests done which will specifically tell me the exact problem involved -
- complete blood count
- liver enzymes viz SGOT, SGPT, GGT, ALP
- serum bilirubin
- urine routine and microscopy.
Also I would like to know the clinical symptoms she is having so that I can co relate to the reports.
In the meanwhile keep taking the medicines as prescribed because if at all the repeat reports are normal then the medicines can be stopped without any harmful effects on the baby or mother.

Thanks for your suggestion I have also attached urine report which also indicates urinary infection please check and reply.

I have seen all the reports and now you just need to get urine Culture, liver enzymes and bilirubin levels so that we can discuss further management.
Keep taking the medicines prescribed till then.
She definitely has urine infection so needs the medication prescribed.
