Brief Answer:
Diabetes and low vit d

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Two things are striking in this report.

1. You have uncontrolled diabetes. You will need to approach a diabetologist for the same. I recommend that you be put on Tab Metformin 500 twice daily after a renal function test. It is very important that you exercise daily from now and also follow a diabetic diet

2. Low Vit D. You will need correction with cholecalciferol. I usually give D-Rise 60,000 units with milk, every sunday for 6 weeks

3. Your total count is high, which means that there is focus of infection. IF you are having fever then you will need treatment with antibiotics

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Thanks XXXXXXX I am attaching the soft copy of complete reports.
My fasting sugar level is around 104, not sure if it is high enough. Please revalidate with the attached reports.
Also, please let me know if there is anything I need to worry about apart from low vitamin D. And what could be ill effects of low vitamin D?
