Brief Answer:
Normal report. Follow guideline.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

I have reviewed attached report. Both are within NORMAL range. NOLVADEX (Tamoxifen) is usually given to treat anovulatory disorder in women. It should be continued as per doctor's prescription.

Follow this guideline which helps her to maximize the chance of pregnancy:

a) If your wife's period is quite REGULAR, she would involve in unprotected sex WITHOUT any contraceptive method close to her ovulation day (14 days prior to next due date) or fertile days (12th to 18th day of each 28- 30 days regular cycle) for at least 6 to 12 months.

She can use ovulation prediction kit or LH kit to predict ovulation day in middle of the cycle. It is available in all medical store.

b) She must take a healthy balanced diet with more fresh fruits and vegetables. Low carbohydrate diet is preferable. Take vitamin-E and Folic acid supplements for 3 months in preconception period and there after.

c) Do light to moderate exercise for physical fitness and weight control. Avoid mental stress completely by regular meditation or yoga. Maintain a healthy life style.

d) Some basic investigations and fertility treatment may be required in case of irregular period or failed to get pregnant by above method after 6 months trying.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish her good health and take care yourself.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
