What Do These Thyroid Test Results Indicate?
Brief Answer:
Thyroid
Detailed Answer:
So it appears he is not on any medications, particularly not on thyroid medications.
Kindly confirm this.
His thyroid antibodies are positive suggesting there is a chance he will likely develop a permanently under active thyroid. In this case lifelong thyroid medication becomes necessary.
At the moment his TSH is only mildly elevated. Once I get confirmation from you that he is certainly not taking thyroid medication I will guide further as to the future plan of action.

Brief Answer:
Follow up
Detailed Answer:
You typed 50 mg but likely meant 50 mcg.
So when I see someone like your husband in my practice, I perform a thorough physical examination to look for signs of thyroid problems. One of them is a thyroid swelling ('goiter').
Then if this person has positive thyroid auto antibodies, in addition to thyroid swelling I take into account the TSH and Free T4 values. With a TSH of 4.81 I am personally not very keen on starting thyroid medication right away. I prefer to repeat it in 3 to 6 months to see if it worsens.
That being said, it would not be incorrect to start levo thyroxine at this moment, and many endocrinologists would do that. However this decision making is best facilitated by an opportunity to take a detailed history and conduct a comprehensive in-person physical examination.
