I have gone through all your reports.
The reports are not in alarming stage except a few parameters.
Your BMI in preobese stage .Your triglyceride level is high and HDL is low.
I shall advise you to go through proper dieting with less calorie and routine exercise for it.
Your sgpt and GGT levels are marginally high.
If you are an alcoholic then it may happen.You should decrease the frequency of alcohol consumption and also the amount.
If not then do an ultrasonography whole abdomen.

ESR has a prognostic value not diagnostic..
Whenever any inflammation is in there in our body it rises.
GGT and sgpt are liver enzymes increased in liver metabolic injury.
there are different methods of controlling the lipid values.
But in your case dieting and exercises are best at this stage.
