Brief Answer:
Suggestive of UTI and Typhoid fever

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Your reports are suggestive of a possibility of typhoid infection. In fact, the widal test of typhoid fever is suggestive of typhoid fever only, if the titres are rising in the next sample.
Since your reports have positive Typhi Dot as well as Widal, i would recommend you a repeat:
1. Complete blood count
2. Widal test
3. Urine examination.

If your widal test has rising titres as compared to the previous report, then you would require treatment of typhoid fever.

In case, there are pus cells in urine test too, then you would need to give Urine culture along.

If your widal test levels are still the same or are reducing, it means you don't have any typhoid fever.

Please get these tests done and write back to me with the reports.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Thanks Doctor,
I have already given blood culture and urine culture samples today morning and Iam waiting for the reports.

In the mean time which medicine can I take for UTI? Can I take Taxim O 400 as suggested?

Brief Answer:
Yes continue with them

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Yes you can continue with Taxim - O 400 as suggested by your doctor. However, i would also recommend a complete blood count and widal test to reach the final conclusion regarding Typhoid.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
