Brief Answer:
Normal ultrasound reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your health concern and confusion related to the same.
The calculation of gestational age via ultrasound is based on mathemetical automated formulas and thus even if there is a difference of a fraction of millimeters between two measurements due to change in position of baby or probe of ultrasound then there occurs a difference of 2-5 days in calculated gestational age.
so in general if the difference between ultrasound age and age via last menstrual period is less than 7 days then we consider the ultrasound as showing normal results and thus nothing to worry.
And as far as difference between two ultrasound reports is concerned it will stay even if same doctor calculates the age on same same day itself because as i told you it is due to change in position of baby and probe of ultrasound.
in case you have any other question i will be happy to help.
Regards
Dr Manisha
