Brief Answer:
Normal renal function

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back to me with the reports.
Your test reports are normal and you do not have any kidney dysfunction.
From the presence of rbc and mild proteinuria there is a possibility that you have kidney stone. Here what you should do

1. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water per day
2. avoid getting dehydrated especially in the hot sun
3. avoid cabbage, aerated drinks like Pepsi, etc and chocolates as these can lead to stones
4. exercise daily for half hour. Walking and running are the best forms of exercise
5. tab paracetamol is a good tablet for pain in the kidney region, it can be taken three times daily. For severe pain tab tramadol can be taken after food
6. If the pain does not come down then I recommend you to see a urologist
7 avoid painkillers other than paracetamol and tramadol as it might harm the kidneys

I hope I was of help, if you have any doubts I will be happy to answer them

Brief Answer:
CT scan kub ( kidney ureter and bladder ) is better test

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

Ultrasound is a very basic test and sometimes small stones are missed. A better and a more definite test is to get a CT scan kub ( kidney ureter and bladder ) done. Even small stones are picked up. Proteinuria will come down slowly, no treatment is required for that at the moment.

I hope I have cleared your doubts, if there are any more ( even silly ones) please be free to ask
