Brief answer.....your kidneys seem fine at the moment.
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Overall your report is normal and doesn't indicate any kidney problem at the moment except that there is slight trace of proteins in urine and little high levels of uric acid in blood.
Protein and potassium levels are normal
In normal circumstances kidney don't let any protein pass through it and such types of slight trace can come after exercises or some illness, however best would be to get tested urine again after couple of weeks to see whether any protein is there or not.
High levels of uric acid can be caused by various reasons but most important and common causes are drinking excess of alcohol and beer, diabetes, obesity, hypothyroidism etc, use of medicines like water pills, aspirin etc.
Dietary reasons include consuming more purine rich foods like organ meats( liver, brain etc ),red meat like beef and lamb, sea foods like sardines etc, beans, peas, mushroom etc.
Although you are taking XYLORIC but it is not prooving to be adequate.
Consult your doctor for either increasing the dose or changing to other medicines like FEBUXOSTAT etc.
Consider taking dietary control measures also along with medication.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
