What Do Visible Veins On The Penis Indicate?
I am 26 years old male and I am planning to have circumcision. but I am in dilemma as i have following questions keep on raising in my mind,
1. I have many visible veins on penis and my foreskin as well even in normal condition. Is that a sign of unhealthiness ?
2. Would they remove foreskin veins while circumcision ?
3. If they removed them, Will that affect my erection, sensitivity or size of penis in future ?
4. what is safest and best technique or method should be used to get scar-less penis ?
5. Is there any best clinic or hospital for the same in Tamil nadu ?
Please clarify...

Detailed Answer:
Good day and thank you for being with HealthcareMagic!!!
Visible and prominent veins in the penis is not a sign of unhealthiness and is a normal variant that is present among plenty of individuals. It is not of concern during circumcision.
Yes, the surgeon would have to remove and ligate the veins that would be in the foreskin to be removed. This is to ensure that there would be minimal bleeding
during and after the procedure.
No these veins purpose is to bring back the blood from the penile skin to the circulation and is not involved in erection, sensation and does not determine penile length. After circumcision your penis would be more sensitive because the head and mucosa would be exposed as the foreskin is totally removed.
For The best results for circumcision the method/technique is the double coronal mucosal sparing technique. Please ask your doctor to perform this technique of circumcision for better aesthetic results and sensitivity would be maximized.
I am sorry I am not familiar with Tamil Nadu. However, You can check in to any multi-speciality/ private hospitals in your locality.
I hope I have answered your question satisfactorily.
Thank you again.

Could you elaborate about pros and cons of Alisklamp Circumcision and ZSR Circumcision methods which i have seen in web where they are claiming the same as aesthetic, painless and stitch less methods.
Are these methods safe and reliable ?
Not familiar with the clamps.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the follow up questions. I am sorry but I am not very familiar with the different clamps they have developed from circumcision.
But they all share the same basic principles as the basic surgical circumcision.
Clamps which don't need stitches rely on the natural healing of the body to fix itself. So clamps that don't need stitches may leave a plastic ring for one two weeks so the healing and fibrosis would ensue.
Any method would have minimal pros and cons among them and any would be acceptable as long as you have it done with an experienced health care provider. A Urologist would be the best specialist to do your circumcision.
