What Do Vomiting And Leg Pain In A 6 Year Old Indicate?

Nothing to worry about.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that due to the emotional upset she did not eat much last night. Now, the stomach acids are secreted all thoughout the day and night and are intended to help in digestion. So, when there was not much to act upon (due to the low volume of dinner), the excess acids gave her some gastric irritation which in turn lead to the vomiting. I do not think that you need to get concerned. Give her some food. You can give her some antacid syrup. If there is more vomiting give her ORS (oral rehydration solution) to make up for the lost water and salts. I am sure that she would soon be fine.
Look out for fever. The increased sleep could be due to electrolyte depeletion, thus calling for ORS to be given. If however she appears lethargic, it would be a good idea to see a doctor.
