What Do White Patches On The Glans Penis Indicate?

Question: Hi, my penis has white patches glans and frenelum, plus the penis looks curved to left when fully erect...Also right testicle hangs below than left one.

Hello! Thank you writing in health care magic and for this direct question.
Related your concern (white patches in glans and frenulum) I think that this could be a yeast infection( genital candidiasis).
So, I suggest to meet an Infectious diseases specialist to do a physical examination to define better the diagnosis and to start a prompt treatment with antifungal cream (usually I prescribe econazol or clotrimazole cream).
Furthermore related curvature of penis during erection could be as a result of peyronie'disease (because of the injury during intercourse)and I advice to meet an urologist in order to get a treatment (corticosteroids or potaba).But related the hanged testicle some times this is normal except in the case you have this associated with other symptoms.
