What Do White Pimple Like Bumps On Scrotum Indicate?

Question: I had 4 white pimple like bumps on scrotum.. I was able to pop 2 and white stuff came out.. The other to are Really hard like a bb and can't seem to squeeze them. They don't hurt. My balls seem to itch a lot but they have before I get these. They have been there for several weeks now and have not changed.

Hi there.
I hear you & empathise.
The condition you allude to is called "steatocystoma multiplex" if my clinical hunch is correct & a lay term for it would be a "sebaceous cyst" of the scrotum. You may google the term & then compare the images to your condition & do give me the thumbs up if they tally.
It is a minor non life-threatening issue.
The only way to rid yourself of these would be to get them surgically excised & it is a "minor" procedure that can be done under local anesthesia in the outpatient clinic if so chosen.
You may apply an emollient like aveeno cream that may aid to keep the moisture in & limit the itch.
