Hi
Thanks for your query.
White spots inside vagina can be due to inflamed Bartholins glands, healing of any injury or tissue, or maybe some fungal infection.
Please describe the symptoms in details like any itching, fever, bleeding, etc. Also please let me know how it started and what makes it worse. Since how long do you have it?
Waiting for your reply.

i had very rough sex about a week ago and have its been itching and hurting a little bit. obviously i cant be sure but the guy told me he gets checked for std all the time as do i . it almost feels like its from the friction. i am not bleeding or anything though
Brief Answer:
Most probably remnant of friction
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
It must be most probably remnant of friction. It will clear up in a few days. Meanwhile avoid putting any douches or tampons inside vagina. There is no need for antibiotics (topical or oral). In most cases, there is no sexually transmitted disease. Anyways blood tests can be prescribed by family doctor to rule them out.
In future take your precaution to use adequate lubrication. Also avoid unsafe sexual practices. Use a condom if you are unsure about his sexual and medical history.
If it fails to heal then a gynecological exam is warranted followed by a vaginal smear or pap smear. It will help in confirming diagnosis.
Hope it helps.
